The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has appointed Mr. Prosper Ntoso, Chief Executive Officer of Epiphany Warriors, as a member of the Management Committee of the Black Queens “B”.
Mr. Ntoso, who has earned recognition for his leadership in women’s football, will now contribute to the strategic direction and management of the team. The Black Queens “B” serves as a development squad for the senior national team, offering a pathway for emerging talents in Ghana’s women’s game.
In accepting this new role, Mr. Ntoso expressed his gratitude to the GFA for the confidence reposed in him and pledged his commitment to supporting the Black Queens “B” project. He emphasized the need for strong management structures, player welfare, and long-term planning to ensure the team serves as a reliable feeder squad for the senior Black Queens.
His appointment is seen as part of the GFA’s broader efforts to strengthen women’s football structures by involving seasoned administrators and club executives in national assignments.
The Black Queens “B” was established to provide a competitive platform for emerging female footballers across Ghana, bridging the gap between the grassroots and the senior national team. With his wealth of experience in club administration and passion for women’s football, Prosper Ntoso is expected to bring innovative ideas and practical solutions to help strengthen the team.
The GFA’s decision to include stakeholders like Mr. Ntoso in its committees reflects its commitment to involving experienced football administrators in shaping the future of the game, particularly at the women’s level.
Football analysts and fans alike have welcomed this appointment, with many optimistic that it will yield positive results for the Black Queens “B” and women’s football as a whole.
As the team prepares for future assignments, all eyes will be on the new management committee to see how their collective efforts will impact the development and competitiveness of the Black Queens “B.”
